The 2014 schedule is available to download, please go to the schedule tab down the left hand side. There are a few changes to the schedule, mainly condensing classes as over the past couple of seasons certain classes have not been very well supported. The classes which have been combined together are all clearly noted on the schedule and subject to entries on the day these classes maybe split. Therefore please keep in mind if these classes need to be split other classes which you maybe thinking of entering in other rings. We need to see how they run and further changes may have to be made later on in the season so please keep an eye on the website for further updates.
Does anyone want to earn some money on our show days? Basically, you will be needed on the Saturday to help set up and on the Sundays after the show to help put away. This will involve helping with loading and unloading trailers, setting up the rings and the jumps. Also we are looking for, or as well as, being available on the show day all day to help with running the clear round ring, stewarding for judges and adjusting the heights of the jumps in the show jumping and working hunter ring. Stewarding is an excellent way to learn and if anyone is interested in judging in the future it is great experience along with picking up tips on what the judge is looking for in the show ring. Lunch and refreshments will be provided throughout the day on the Sunday. We will be interested in multiple people but would be handy if could continue for the whole season as this will prevent having to show someone the ropes every time. Negotiable pay depending on when and what you can help with. You don’t have to be a member or have to know anything about horses. 2014 membership forms are available to download from the tab down the left hand side. Get them to Rachael before the end of March to receive your membership at the discounted rate.

PLEASE REMEMBER AS PART OF YOUR MEMBERSHIP YOU MUST STATE WHEN YOU CAN HELP ON EITHER THE SATURDAY OR/& SUNDAY. THE COMMITTEE HAVE THE RIGHT NOT TO AWARD MEMBERS POINTS IF THIS AGREEMENT IS NOT FULFILLED. WE WILL BE MONITORING HELP GIVEN AND THERE WILL BE A CHECKLIST WHERE YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE YOUR NAME TICKED OFF AND ALSO YOU WILL NEED TO COLLECT YOUR FREE CLASS ENTRY VOUCHER.
Please can I remind everyone points will be awarded to paid up members of MBRC and will be cumulative in respect of the same horse/pony and rider. Members are only eligible for points from the date on which the current year's membership is paid.
Points are awarded to a combination of same rider/horse. Members must not change the name of the horse/pony during the season, or points will not be accumulated.
The horse/pony must be noted on your membership form to be awarded points.
