Welcome to the 2008 season

We are delighted that Morecambe Bay Riding Club is able to continue into its 5th season - members of the Committee and other dedicated individuals have worked extremely hard over the past years to firmly re-establish this worthwhile club.
We look forward to welcoming many new members to our Riding Club this season. We have developed an excellent new schedule of classes, which we hope will benefit a wide range of horses/ponies and riders, irrespective of ability.
Even if you have never competed at a show before, come along and try - please do not hesitate to ask a member of the committee for advice, which will always be willingly given. If we don't know the answer - we will find you somebody that does!!

This seasons' Show has over 60 classes, which include Show Ponies, Show Hunter Ponies, Working Hunters, In-Hand, Coloured, Cobs, Mountain & Moorlands, Young Handlers, Novelty classes and new for this season, a range of Dressage Tests. We have also split the Rings further to ensure smooth flow of the classes....the dedicated Junior Ring for 10yrs and under is still operational.

Please take some time to browse through the pages of our brand new website, of which we are very proud. We hope you will find it both informative and enlightening. The website is still very much a "work in progress", but will be updated regularly and new information added over the coming weeks. Most of your queries should be answered within these pages. Any further questions may be sent through our Contacts link or by e-mailing or telephoning a committee member.
